## Delivered

- Added `WalkaMetricTile` under `mobile/lib/design_system/components/cards/`.
- Centralizes compact value/label/supporting-text hierarchy using existing WALKA typography and color tokens.
- Supports centered and start alignment without owning or inventing business values.
- Exposes a generated accessible label with an override for clearer spoken wording when needed.
- Focused widget tests cover hierarchy, optional supporting text, alignment, semantics and compact-width wrapping.

## Guardrails

- No business metric values are embedded in the component.
- No feature-page integration.
- No Product Master, backend, Amazon boundary or protected `Images/` changes.
