## Delivered

- Added `WalkaPillChip` under `mobile/lib/design_system/components/buttons/`.
- Provides inactive white/line and selected navy/white states using existing WALKA tokens.
- Supports enabled/disabled behavior and nullable selection callback.
- Adds explicit selected/button/enabled semantics for assistive technologies.
- Focused widget tests cover active/inactive visuals, semantics, callback and disabled behavior.
- CI debugging corrected only the semantics test contract/cleanup; no runtime workaround was added.
