## Delivered

- Added `WalkaCircularIconButton` under `mobile/lib/design_system/components/buttons/`.
- Enforces one 48x48 circular interaction contract with WALKA white/navy/line defaults.
- Supports required tooltip semantics, nullable callback, optional surface/foreground/border colors and icon size.
- Focused widget tests cover exact geometry, token defaults, tooltip/callback and disabled state.
